I want to tell you a bit about how I got here.
I came to yoga through sport, and a few years ago I trained as a yoga teacher. What kept me there wasn't the movement — it was the philosophy underneath it, the idea that body, mind, and everything else are one system, not separate problems to solve.
For a long time I ignored that anyway. I was exhausted, running on coffee and willpower, doing everything I was supposed to do — and getting nowhere. It took hitting a wall for me to actually look at what was underneath: my sleep, my rhythm, my gut, and a mind that had never learned to rest.
What shifted things wasn't more discipline. It was starting somewhere else entirely.
I've since trained in Holistic Pulsing and somatic bodywork, and I'm currently studying to become a licensed alternative health practitioner in Germany.
And to be honest: I still run on coffee more often than I'd like. I'm not on the other side of this looking back with all the answers. I'm somewhere in the middle, putting what I've learned into practice a little more each week.
Everything in these courses comes from exactly that — what I've lived, tested, and gotten wrong before getting right. I do believe that small, honest changes in your daily habits can shift more than you'd expect, physically and mentally.
If any of that sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
